“In other words, we are to think on purpose. Think, speak, declare, and imagine on purpose until it becomes a part of who you are. As we think, speak, declare and imagine “whatever is of good report,” we will begin to experience what we are declaring without conscious effort. The goal is for our actions to come from the spirit of our mind (Ephesians 4:23).”
― from “Living from the Unseen: Reflections from a Transformed Life” by Wendy Backlund, Igniting Hope Ministries.

Here’s how this looks in real life:

Take the right thought.

Declare it out loud when you are by yourself.

Imagine what life looks like when this thought is reality.

By thinking, speaking, declaring, and imagining an idea, your mind is renewed to that idea.

This can take a little time or longer, depending on how readily your mind is transformed to accepting the idea as truth.

Then without conscious effort, you will experience that truth in your life.
