Continuing the Challenge of saying more with less, attempting to keep each post 100 words or less.

Feeling a little low.

Wondering why.

Checking thoughts.

What’s bothering you?

Oh yeah that.

How do I get out of the slump?

Try out a few thoughts.

I feel my mind pushing back against better thoughts, giving reasons to keep thinking about “the problem.” Need to figure it out, make a ¬†decision.

I tried again.

“God helps me make good decisions.”

“There is always a solution.”

“This is going to work out.”

“I will know exactly what to do.”

“This is going to be a great day.”

“I’m going to accomplish things today.”

And I felt better. I moved on through the day. . . very pleasantly, in fact.

So it is working!
